At EzPacking, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organizational essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
